1.I know only the excavator model, but can not offer parts No.,
what should I do ?
If possible, you can send us the old photo, nameplate or the size
for reference.
2.What is the warranty of the parts after I purchase?
The warranty is 6/12 Months based on the item details.
3.How can I pay the order?
We can receive payment through T/T, Western Union, Paypal(for small
amount),Alibaba trade assurance.
4.When will get the items after I place order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we will arrange the goods within 24
hours, if not in stock ,we will inform you before placing the
order.
5.How can I do if there is something wrong with the items?
First of all , I have confidence in the quality of our products ,if
you really found something wrong ,pls provide the old photo for us.
After it is confirmed, pls return to us , we will offer the correct
item.
6.What is your main products ?
We are specialized in the excavator spare parts, such as travel
motor gearbox/assy/parts, swing gearbox/assy/motor/parts, hydraulic
pump assy/parts, gear parts. If you need other excavator parts, we
also can supply as your requirements.
About delivery
1. Commodities will be sent to all the countries all over the
world.
2. Please make sure that your address and contact information are
correct.
3. Products will be carefully checked before shipment.
4. Generally, items will be shipped 2 working days after the
payment is received.
Should any delay happen due to logistic company and local customers
or duties, we will inform via message or email immediately and your
understanding will be highly appreciated.
5. The buyers are supposed to be charged for the possible
additional cost such as taxes and customs duties. In order to
ensure your order with lower taxes upon import, we will declare it
as a "sample" with a lower value custom invoice. This lower price
does not reflect the total price you paid.
6. The delivery we usually use are EMS, DHL, FEDX, and UPS.
